The NAPL Mergers & Acquisitions Team is led by NAPL Senior Vice President John Hyde, a licensed attorney and an experienced and trusted advisor with broad experience in mergers and acquisitions. John also specializes in business valuations and sales; financing and debt restructuring; partnership agreements; succession planning; and turnaround management.
Under his guidance, the NAPL Mergers & Acquisition Team helps identify and research structural growth opportunities for companies in the graphic communications industry and assist company executives in leveraging these opportunities to meet their strategic goals.
